In the first wave of the pandemic inti ferreira's team used that time to refurbish its showroom in The Hague and to improve its IT platform to make it fit to cope with the unfortunate situation. Now that everyone is relying again on online channels, inti ferreira is continuing to invest in an even better & safe customer service and products. We have now more active presence on the most popular social media channels such as FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, TWITTER, ISSUU, VIMEO, YOUTUBE, etc.



Multi-language support

Our dynamic website is now available in four languages (EN, DE, NL PT), besides any other already possible when customer sets the google Translator on his/her browser.

Quicker shipping worldwide

We can now ship online orders much quicker, often in the same day if orders are received before 16.00, thanks to the internal reorganization carried out. As usual, if customer provides her body measurements during the online purchase, we will check if the chosen articles fit and will contact the customer in case it doesn't. Our goal is to avoid returns as much as possible to keep the environmental footprint as light as possible. Of course, if for any reason customers decides to return an article there is no logistic problem at all (see our shipping & return conditions).



Showroom in The Hague (NL) remains open

Our showroom in The Annastraat in The Hague (NL)remains open even though our main activities are now focused on fulfilling the online orders received and on the improvement of products and our cloud based IT platform. Safety continues to be our first priority and we have implemented the recommended practices and procedures to prevent Covid-19 contamination. You are welcome to visit our physical showroom at any time between 10.00-18.00 from tue-sat, but if possible we would recomend that our customers give us a call in advance for a better experience, including styling advice!
